Tucker Law Group's brick office building in Mesa, with a shaded courtyard and palms
About the Firm

Thirty years of showing up prepared.

In 1993, Mark Tucker graduated from Gonzaga Law School and hung his own shingle. Like many new lawyers, he started by taking whatever walked through the door — and what kept walking through the door was Arizona real estate: leases gone wrong, deposits withheld, properties abandoned, titles disputed.

Three decades later, Tucker Law Group is one of Arizona's most experienced landlord-tenant firms. Mark has personally handled thousands of matters in justice courts and superior courts across the state, representing property owners, management companies, mobile home and RV park operators — and, in the right cases, tenants who need someone in their corner.

The firm operates from the heart of downtown Mesa, at 40 N. Center Street, and serves clients statewide.
